Our club caters for all experiences, and is open to all members of Bristol University.  Being a University club means that membership is far cheaper than any standard club, you get a year’s fencing for what you would normally pay for a month.  We will also be running FREE taster sessions during the first couple of weeks in the new academic year, so just turn up with your mates.

At Bristol University Fencing Club we pride ourselves as being a social and friendly club. We run regular socials throughout the year, which all members thoroughly enjoy. By joining the club you are guaranteed to make some quality friends – everyone who joins always does!

Results wise, we have an excellent men’s and women’s 1st team. We have been in the Premier BUSA league for a number of years now, this year seeing our women's team reach the semi finals. We have elite fencers who have and continue to represent the country on a national and international level.

Our club is strengthened by support from the University, great sports facilities, modern fencing equipment, and coaching by some of the best in the country.
